Registration Fee Includes:

  • Admittance to all Plenary, Educational, and Breakout Sessions

  • Coffee and Refreshments during official Congress breaks

Payment Terms for Registration Fees:
All payment should be made in U.S. Dollars. Payments may be made online by credit card, using either Mastercard, Visa, or American Express. Online payments will be processed via a secure payment page on the Congress on-line registration system.

Confirmation of Participation:
You will receive confirmation upon proper submission, including your confirmation number and hotel reservation instructions. Please print and retain this information for your records.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation of registration should be in writing and may be faxed to (703) 925-9453, sent by e-mail to Ms. Samantha Yanger at: ISPGinfo@wcpg2011.org, or mailed and postmarked by August 29, 2011. For every written cancellation received before August 29, 2011, 50% of the paid registration fee will be refunded to the participant. There will be no refunds given after August 29, 2011. All refunds will be made within one month after the end of the Congress. Bank charges will be deducted. If you cannot register at this time due to this policy and need a letter of invitation to apply for a visa, contact the Congress Organizers,

Name Badges and Identification:
Registration name badges will be used during the Congress. For identification purposes and admission to session halls, participants are requested to wear their badges, which will be given to them upon registration, at all times. Admission to the Congress areas will not be allowed without name badge identification.

Letter of Invitation:
Those persons needing an official Invitation Letter in order to attend the Congress may write to the Congress Secretariat, Infinity Conference Group, specifying the necessary details. This service is provided only to assist participants who need to obtain a visa or permission to attend the Congress. It should not be considered as an official invitation covering fees or any other expenses.

Currency:
All Congress Fees are calculated in U.S. Dollars. Participants from countries where currency restrictions prevent them from sending registration fees in advance are asked to inform the Congress Secretariat, Infinity Conference Group, to avoid being charged the late registration fee.

Registration and Information Desk:
The Registration Desk will be located in the West Wing of the Omni Shoreham Hotel.

Ways to Register:

  • Online, by completing the Registration Form, then clicking the "continue" button to go to the payment screen and securely enter your credit card information.

  • Fax (download a PDF form) with credit card information, which will be processed securely online, to 703-925-9453.
